Day 1 : Arrival at Cochin

After breakfast, depart for a sightseeing city tour of Cochin - Fort Cochin, Spice Markets; Antique shopping, Synagogue and Chinese Fishing Nets. Return to the hotel for lunch. Arrive at the hotel, Thekkady, in time for dinner. Night stay at hotel.
Day 3 : Boat ride in Periyar Lake - Thekkady
After breakfast, proceed for a Spice Plantation Tour in the morning. After lunch at the hotel, enjoy a boat ride in the beautiful Periyar Lake. Return to the hotel for a screening of wildlife movie, followed by dinner. Night stay at hotel.
Day 4 : Transfer to Kumarakom
Early morning, trek to the jungle. After breakfast, depart by road to Taj Garden Retreat, Kumarakom. Afternoon, free to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. You can swim, fish, go boating or opt for a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage (at an extra cost). In the evening - a Sunset Cruise along the backwaters. Dinner at the hotel. Day 5 : Departure to Cochin
After breakfast, go bird-watching before departure to Cochin and check in at the hotel Taj Malabar, Cochin in time for lunch. Afternoon free to relax. In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise or a Kathakali show at the hotel, Cochin. Return to the hotel for dinner. Night stay at hotel.
