Tour price does not include:-
- Meals i.e. Lunch
- Any increase in the airfare charged by the airlines on your air ticket. The airline ticket fare quoted is applicable as of date and will change for your date of travel.
- Cost of extension of the validity of your air ticket.
- Porter age, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, optional tours and all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the itinerary.
- Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Package tour price includes" box.
- Any sightseeing not mentioned in the “tour price include” column
- Hotel season surcharge
Important notes:
- Above cost is based on minimum 25 passengers traveling together.
- This is purely an individual itinerary designed especially for given number of passengers; any increase or decrease in total number of passengers will lead to recosting.
- In Group 2 (Dep date: 08 June 2012) Rs. 2800 per adult and Rs. 1000 per child surcharge will be applicable for Friday cruise sailing .
- This is proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. It’s possible at the time of confirmation the prices may vary.
- The Cost of the airline ticket is quoted on specific class of the specified airlines, in case we are not able to procure the seat at similar class we will try for higher class the difference of the same will be intimated to you post booking.
- Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.
- The standard check-in time of the hotels are 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1200 Hours. Except Genting Highlands where check-in time is 1500 hours.
- Airport taxes calculated @ dated 30 January 2012 per person. Any increase or decrease would charge as per actual.
- Service tax 2.58% will be chargeable against the total cost of booking.
- Any increase in the exchange rate of USD/SGD/AUD/NZD (presently calculated at 1 USD @
 49) shall be borne by the traveler. The exchange rate of HDFC bank card rate will be applicable on the day of final payment. The foreign exchange component will be payable in INR only.
- We are not responsible for any visa rejection.
- All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
- Any unutilized service will not be refunded.
- Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
- Full payment for the tour should be made as soon as we give final confirmation of the tour.
- Final hand over (hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports Etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment & duly filled & signed BTQ form by the passenger traveling.
- Mode of payment can be any:- Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, bank deposit, online transfer, If travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in Cash, or Credit Card only.
- Total amount of the tour has to be paid before departure; in case of nonpayment Paras holidays reserve the right to cancel the tour services.
- In Genting Highlands & Disneyland there is no provision for the extra bed.
- Room type (Double or Twin) is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel.
- No changes will be done after handing over all the travel documents related to the package confirmed.
Booking policy:
- INR 15000/- PER PERSON (Total Cruise amount, if applicable)
- Second Installment of Full Ticket amount to be paid within 07 days from the date of booking.
- Balance amount to be paid at the time of File Handover / Tour Confirmation.
- Important - Booking deposit is non refundable. In case of Payment is in Cash or Cash Deposit of 25000/- or above, the Pan Card copy of the client is mandatory.
Cancellation policy:
- If due to unavoidable circumstances you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation should be intimated to us in writing.
- There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
- As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges.
Cancellation charges per person:
- 30 days or more prior to the departure: Booking Deposit + Actual (Visa Fees, Air ticket / hotels/ Cruise cancellation charges)
- Between 29 to 15 days prior to the departure: 50% of the Holiday cost.
- Between 14 to 07 days prior to the departure: 75% of the Holiday cost.
- Between 06 days till the date of departure: 100% of the Holiday cost.
- In case of no show: 100% of Holiday cost.
