Ex – Paris have to arrange Air Tickets, travel Insurance & Visas on their own & at their own cost.

Booking amount is 20,000 per person Adult/Child/Infant.
The Registration amount in non refundable & non adjustable.
Balance full payment immediately on clearance of U. K. visa.

Payment can be made through cash, cheque, bank transfers or demand draft. Cheque & demand draft should be drawn in favour of “Paras Holidays Pvt Ltd” payable “Delhi”.

AIRLINES RESERVATION

• All Airlines Reservations are confirmed as per group movement hence all passengers have to travel together. Any change in air routing will be considered as an FIT ticket. Difference in the Airfare charged as per the airlines & subjected to availability of seats
• Once air ticket is issued any change made by passenger, amendment charges will be applicable and subjected to availability of seats

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• Registration fee of Rs 20000/- by cash / cheque/ demand draft drawn in favour of “Paras Holidays pvt. Ltd.”
• The Registration amount is non refundable & non adjustable
• Balance full payment immediately on clearance of UK visa.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

• If circumstance forces you to cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking conditions of the tour, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person.
• If you cancel the tour after issue of UK visa, Amount of Rs. 20,000/- is non refundable.
• In case UK visa is denied more then 30 days before the schedule date of departure only Rs. 10,000/- will be charged including the UK visa fee. But, if the UK visa is denied within 30 days of the scheduled departure date, Rs. 20,000/- will be charged as administration fees including the UK visa fee
• In case Schengen visa is denied, more then 30 days before the schedule date of departure only Rs. 30,000/- will be charged. But, if Schengen visa is denied within 30 days of scheduled departure date, the entire Indian Rupees component of the tour is not refundable.

• 30 days prior to departure        Complete INR amount +20% of the Euro amount
• 20 days prior to departure        Complete INR amount + 30%of the Euro amount
• 15 days prior to departure        Complete INR amount + 75%of the Euro amount
• 0-14 days prior to departure     Full amount will be charged

SPECIAL NOTE

• We are not responsible for any visa rejection or delays
• All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only
• Driver Tips is mandatory. Euro 2 per Adult/Child/Infant per day will be charged extra
• Airport Taxes & all kind of taxes levied by the airlines are subject to change without prior notice calculated as Rs. 15,000 per person for 9/12/15/18 days package, calculated as per December 2011
• The exchange rate of Euro keeps on fluctuating. Euro will be charged as per the Card rates on the day/date of final payment
• Includes Travel Insurance. Passengers of age 49 yrs & above will be charged extra as per the insurance policy
• Rs. 500 extra for Document preparation if only 01 set of documents are provided. This amount is not charged if passengers provide complete 2 sets of required documents
• If you take Extension, Group fare will not be applicable. Air ticket will be issued on FIT/individual basis. Difference in the Airfare charged extra as per the airlines & subjected to availability of seats
• Schengen visa extension is not our guarantee. Visa granted will be completely the discretion of the respective Embassy
• After clearance of U. K. visa fee, second installment should be made within a week time. In case you did not pay the amount on time, company reserves the right to cancel the tour
• Passengers traveling without London have to pay Complete INR component as first installment. UK visa fee deducted would be as per the actual. Airfare difference would be charged extra
• Airport transfers will be provided only if pax travel with the group. All other passengers arriving/departing separately will have to arrange their airport transfers on their own & at their own cost
• Final payment must be made in Cash or Demand draft in favour of "Paras Holidays Pvt Ltd" payable Delhi. Cheque or Bank transfer is not acceptable
• Service Taxes on the package will be charged extra 
• For 3 adults and 1 Child without bed, you will be given one Triple Room only.
• Complete file & travel tips will be handover to the client 1 week prior to departure depending upon the visa status

REMARKS

• No refund  for un-utilized service
• Euro will be charged as per the Card rates
