Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi transfer to hotel visit for sight seeing in old Delhi. You will be visiting the Raj Gaht the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. In New Delhi you will be visiting the famous Qutab Minar the oldest brickwork building built by Qutub-Ud-Din Aibek in 1199 then to Humayun Tomb. India Gate and Laxmi Naryan Temple enroute Parliament house and President House (Viccroy’s house) in Britishers time and many other Government building. Overnight at Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi- Jaipur
Morning after breakfast you will enjoy a lovely drive to Jaipur. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Day 03: Jaipur
This day after breakfast in the morning you will visit Amber Fort. Back drop with brown hills with desert look this fort was never captured by any Mughal Emperor. Visit the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Victory) studded by glittering mirrors. Afternoon city tour Jaipur the Pink city and Capital of Rajasthan. The beauty of the Pink city that the Rajasthan Govt took initiative to get the colored in Pink in the honour of visiting prince. Ever since, it retained its colour built by Maharaja Jai Singh the notable astronomer this city is 260 years. Visit city palace a touch or Rajputana and Mughal architecture & the observatory Jantar Mantar. Drive Part Hawa Mahal full of small Jhrokhas (Small windows) for the convenience of royal ladies to see through the bazaars without being seen by outward world. Visit through business areas of Jaipur. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 04: Jaipur- Agra
Morning drive to Agra enroute Fatehpur Sikri built by Emperor Akbar in 1569. Just 40 Km from Agra. Due to shortage of water Fatehpur Sikri was abandoned see the graceful buildings including Jama Masjid. Tomb of Salim Chisti builds by Akbar visit the visitor’s delight the famous love monument in the world the exotic Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal was built by Maghal Shahejehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her Mortal remains. Later visit the Agra fort watch and see the Dewane- I- Am and Dewane- I- Khas and the peacock thorue of the Badshah Akbar where he used to meet the public and private people. Overnight at Agra.
Day 05: Agra- Jhansi- Khajuraho
Today morning you will be transfers to railway station to board a train for Jhansi. After arrival to Jhansi you will be driven straight to Khajuraho. Overnight stay at Khajuraho.
Day 06: Khajuraho
After breakfast in the morning city tour. The Khajuraho temples were built by the Chandela King between 950 AD and 1050 AD. The most important tour are the Chaunsath Yogini dedicated to Goddess Kali. The Madhar Temple Chitragupta or Bharatjee Temple with a lovely image of 11 headed Vishnu, Vishwanath, and Nandi temples, Laxman Temple, Visha temple of Shiva. Visit the eastern group of temple- The Parasvanath temple the only Jain temple surviving at Khajuraho, the Javeri temple dedicated to Vishnu. The other temples in the group are those dedicated to Brahma, Yamuna and Adinath. Overnight Khajuraho.
Day 07: Khajuraho- Varanasi (Banaras)
Morning transfer to airport to airport to board flight for Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi & transfer to hotel. Overnight Varanasi.
Day 08: Varanasi- Kathmandu
Morning enjoy the boat excursion on the river Ganges. Pilgrimage is done in the morning to offer the prayers to the rising sun. The two cremation ghats are Manikarnika & Harishchandra where funeral pyre burns day and night. Hindus believe that to die in Kashi and Cremated at the banks of river Ganges is to attain release from re-birth and get (MOKSH). Transfer to airport to board flight for Kathmandu. Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 09: Kathmandu
Now this day you are on for city tour of Kathmandu. Visit the Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka and the ancient residential quarter. Mahadev and Parvati temple and many other temples. Relax in afternoon. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.
Day 10: Kathmandu
Day 10 is at your leisure day free for you relax and rest. Overnight Kathmandu.
Day 11: Kathmandu- Delhi
Morning transfer to airport to catch a flight for Delhi. Arrive Delhi and connecting return flight. No hotel.
