Rio de Janeiro
Rio grows as a metropolis and becomes the capital of the empire from 1822 to 1889 and the capital of the Republic from 1889 to 1960. The capital of the country until 1960, Rio de Janeiro has not lost its charm and is to this day, the bellwether city of the country from where all trends emanate.
One should not miss the Corcovado while visiting Rio. Also take the experience of beautiful beaches of Rio & the Rodrigo de freitas lagoon. |
