Day 1 Delhi - Cape Town
Arrive at Cape Town International Airport. You will be met by a Representative who will assist you to your transfer to the Hotel. Check-in at the hotel. At leisure
Day 2 Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. You will be collected at your hotel for a Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour. Travel at a pace that allows you to explore the beauty of the Cape Peninsula. Depart for the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve along one of South Africa’s most scenic routes, passing Hout Bay. Enjoy a cruise to Seal Island, to view seals and sea birds at Duiker Island (weather permitting). During summer, several thousand Cape Fur Seals – along with the rare Black Cormorant – lollop leisurely among the kelp beds. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. The scenery en route to Cape Point, at the South Western tip of the reserve, is particularly lovely in spring when wildflowers carpet the landscape. The new lighthouse – the most powerful in the world – beams an electric light of 19 million candle power across the ocean. Ascend to the top of by Funicular. Visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach. Then drive through the historic naval base town of Simon’s Town and allow time for a stroll through Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
Day 3 Half Day Cape Town City Tour
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. You will be collected at your hotel for a Half Day Cape Town City Tour. Ascend Table Mountain for unforgettable sweeping views (weather permitting).Return to the city through the Malay Quarter, past the Castle, and around Table Bay to Milnerton lighthouse. Here we can see Table Mountain from the same perspective as the early settlers did when they sailed into Table Bay. Travel to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.
Day 4 Knysna
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Transfer overland to the Garden Route for check-in at your hotel in Knysna (4-5 hours by road). Arrive at Knysna. Explore the quaint town known for its art & craft shops. “The place of the people, beauty and mystery.” This ever-popular charming town of legend, history, arts and crafts catering to visitor’s every need or fancy. Embark on a ferry trip on the Knysna Lagoon to view the famous Knysna Heads aboard the pleasure boat, the John Benn.
Day 5 Full Day Oudtshoorn Tour
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. You will be collected at your hotel for a Full Day Oudtshoorn Tour. After breakfast, transfer on an exciting journey over the Outeniqua Pass into the semi-desert Klein Karoo and onto the ostrich capital of the world, Oudtshoorn. Proceed to the High gate Ostrich Ranch. Come face to face With the biggest bird in the world. Afterwards visit the Cango Caves, international renowned as one of the world’s great natural Wonders sculpted by nature through the ages, their fascinating limestone formation occurs in a Variety of ways. Visit the Cheetah and crocodile farm (Cango Wildlife Ranch). Over 300 crocodiles, ranging from 50 cm to four meters in length, inhabit the ranch.
Day 6 Sun City
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer to George airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival transfer to the Sun City resort (3 hours by road). Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. At leisure
Day 7 Sun City
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day at leisure
Day 8 Mabula Lodge
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Mabula Lodge (2 hours by road) .At leisure. Afternoon game viewing safari in open 4x4 vehicles
Day 9 Johannesburg
Early morning game viewing safari in open 4x4 vehicles. Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Johannesburg and then onto your Gold Reef City tour. You will be collected at your hotel for a Private Half Day Gold Reef City Tour. Built around an old gold mine, this theme park is a reconstruction of Johannesburg during the Gold rush Era Included in this tour is a descent down an old gold mineshaft to learn how gold was extracted in the past, witness molten gold poured and watch an exciting display of tribal dancing. Proceed to your hotel. At leisure
Day 10 Johannesburg - Delhi
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Transfer from your hotel to O.R Tambo airport for your flight home. |
